You cannot ignore different situations and conditions of your life, but you can choose not to be internally influenced by this. Some other useful tips for stress management are:
- When you think stress is building up internally stop what you are doing and go out for a walk.
- When stressed, drink some water or juice.
- Change your environment when depressed too much
- Take a few fast deep breaths.
- Get relaxed by eating favorite food
- Use laughter therapy to get rid on it
- Do something you are crazy about.
- Watch a comedy movie.
- Do some physical activity or involve yourself in sports

A mind without contentment is also without peace. Do not confuse contentment with riches. The rich can only be truly content, when they share.
